In 2007, j-b2b.com was established by Mr. Tony Liu, former senior executive of AIG and ex-President of TransUnion for China’s mainland and Taiwan regions. 1. “One-to-more” Marketing Theory
Innovative “one-to-more” marketing theory is originally worked out Mr. Tony Liu in an effort to maximize the value of the targeted customers after receiving the service provided by e-commerce players. Generally speaking, at the traditional B2B marketplace, the ratio between the providers and buyers is huge ranging from 50 to 200. More than 50 providers are fighting for one selling opportunity. This is why the likelihood of transaction for the provider is very low.

In addition to the provider/buyer platform, j-b2b.com has another one to help the provider collecting more and more buying opportunities. The other platform has millions of SMEs and they are not at the provider/buyer platform. In this case, the provider will acquire more and more targeted clients and forming the “one-to-more” situation.

2. “U-turn” from Negative to Positive
The traditional provider/buyer platform encourages the provider to wait for buyers to approach for possible opportunities. It seems work well and has critical issue. Today’s achievenment of some e-commerce players are rested with the features of E-commerce itself rather than the business model. The providers who have posted their product info have been inactively waiting for the feedback from potential buyers. It is obviously negative.

By making a “U-turn” from negative to positive, we actively approach the right potential many buyers and do things effectively and efficiently.
